Colin Baker: "I’m down to earth despite planet jibe"

Colin Baker, a legend in the world of Doctor Who, has been writing his own column for Bucks Free Press, a weekly newspaper that covers the area surrounding High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England.

His regular contribution has become so popular that a collection of his columns were published in a book entitled "Look Who's Talking", printed and released by Hirst Publishing. Success aside, Colin continues to update his columns.

Patrick Troughton above left the second Doctor Who and above right as Robin Hood in the BBC production in 1953.

Patrick’s son David pictured below appeared in 4 episodes of Doctor Who (John Pertwee) in 1972 as the Character Peladon and again in 2008  as professor Hobbs in the episode Midnight starring David Tennant as The Doctor. The picture is his character Professor Hobbs.

Sam Houghton pictured below who played Much in the BBC series Robin Hood  2006-2009 is the son of David and the grandson of Patrick. lt has been said that neither Sam nor his father David were aware that Patrick Troughton had played Robin Hood.  Coincidentally, Sam is the Godson of Colin Baker the 6th Doctor.

The actor, 28, said: "I like to think they always hit on me but it's probably only because I'm a Time Lord.
