We here at Life, Doctor Who & Combom have managed to get a copy of Revelation of the Daleks DVD, signed by actress Nicola Bryant, who played the 6th doctors companion Peri.
This was signed in front of myself (Skaro) by Nicola at the fan event Whooverville, in Derby, so there are no questions about its authenticity. This time there is no simple question. No asking for your opinion on something and no designing a photo or image!
All you need to do if find QR codes which are hidden about on this blog. Once you've found as many as you can, scan each one with your Smartphone or use THIS LINK! to scan them, and it will give you a code, Note these down, when you think you've got as many as you can, fill in the form, Here. Obviously, any data we get will just be deleted afterwards..
This one is also available for worldwide postage, so you non British readers, you can enter too!
Note: Nicola doesn't attend many events, and the ones she does, she usually charges to sign something! use this one chance to get it free, Also note it doesn't just come with the signed DVD information leaflet, but the whole DVD.
